What a unique real estate market we are currently in here in Minneapolis! Though there are certainly a number of homes, condos, townhomes, duplexes, etc for sale on the MLS, things are certainly beginning to balance out more so.
The overall inventory of homes for sale on the MLS here in the Twin Cities has been shrinking the past few weeks. And the number of pending sales in the Twin Cities has also been rising with each week.
Though by no means are are in a balanced market, things are certainly heading in the right direction for our Twin Cities home buyers and sellers.
