Last night we had our investment property 101 seminar in Burnsville at Cornerstone's new office location. The new space is outstanding, and we were pleased to see so many people attend.
Each month, our team offers these investment property seminars for investors of all experience levels. Whether a person be a new investor, more seasoned, commercial, etc, we have agent on our team to certainliy help out.
A number of the attendees found either Scott Ficek's blog or Alex Anderson's website. Both Alex and Scott have top websites that generate a ton of traffic and provide awesome information for all sorts of investors.
This week we have noticed that buyers are certainly out in full force looking at all of the various homes for sale here in Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs.
Market time is still at about 150 days here in the Twin Cities but at least the active inventory of properties for sale has been decreasing.
