MN Real Estate Show

Today was a great day for real estate radio here in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We just got back from our weekly radio show, The Minnesota Real Estate Show.  Had a number of outstanding callers today in to our show. Among other topics, the items that seemed to most be on people's minds:

1. Loan modifications - with so many people in Minneapolis, St Paul, and throughout Minnesota experiencing such difficult times in regards to their mortgages, owners are looking for places to help. As part of The Minnesota Home Loan Partners, Rob Bonahoom has had success helping these homeowners with loan modifications. Please don't hesitate to contact Rob if you need guidance in helping contact your lender and getting your loan modified.

2. Ronny Loew of The MN Home Loan Partners really did nice job talking about the possiblity that interest rates may in fact be on the downward trend if we see some predicted "deflation” in the next few months. There may be a window of opportunity where rates could drop.

3. We had a number of phone calls and emails from various real estate buyers and sellers here in the Minneapolis and St Paul markets.  Of the topics of discussion: there were a few calls from sellers wondering at what point it makes sense to reduce the price on their home for sale, calls regarding our upcoming real estate investment property seminars, and also some calls regarding the collapse of the stock market and how it has affected the pocketbooks of many real estate investors as well who had planned on purchasing more property.

Overall, The Minnesota Real Estate Show was filled with a number of great questions and callers.  As you are reading this blog, if you have particular real estate topics you would like to have discussed on the show, please don’t hesitate to let us know. The show more than anything, is meant to bring information to buyers and sellers here in Minnesota.
