Attention real estate investors here in our Minneapolis and Minnesota real estate market! Our team is putting on two outstanding free seminars here in January. Whether you are a novice investor simply looking for initial information, or you are a seasoned pro, we have something to offer everyone! There are two events I would like to mention in today's blog post.
1. Real Estate Investing 101 seminar, Jan 20th, 6:30 PM - For those looking for initial information and learning why it makes sense to invest in real estate, how to analyze the pros and cons, what the rental market like here in the Twin Cities is like, etc. This event lasts one and a half hours and is a great starting point for investors.
2. Real Estate Investing 201 seminar, Jan 27th, 6:30 PM - Minnesota Real Estate Team members Rolfe Kurtyka and Brian Peterson will "go deep" into the cash flow analysis process. They will also examine the end game with investment real estate and look at the 1031 exchange.
