Karl Ritzman – Hi! I'm Karl Ritzman, a proud Minnesotan, originally from Cannon Falls. I served in the Air Force for six years, married my wonderful wife in 2016, and welcomed our baby girl into the world in 2022 and our baby boy in 2024! While learning about financial independence and real estate investing during my time in the Air Force, I realized my passion for real estate.
