The Lexington & Hamline and Merriam Park neighborhoods of St. Paul make up a large part of the Union Park district. Bordered on the west by the Mississippi River, on the north by I-94, and on the East by Snelling Avenue, and with Selby, Cretin, and Cleveland Avenues as major streets, these neighborhoods are primarily quiet collections of well-maintained and updated older homes. Home to Concordia University and part of The University of St. Thomas, there is a strong sense of history and education in this community.
Ashley Hiniker – Ashley comes from a large Catholic family, and is the 2nd oldest of 8 children! Her Dad was a contractor her whole life so she grew up around construction, her Mom building one luxury home after another, and riding around in a minivan with 7 other screaming children looking at land and real estate, she found herself in love with homes! All types of them for all different reasons. As she grew into adulthood she found herself attending the Parade of Homes as a past time and going on runs in new developments just to hunt and dream up an ideal home.
