Between $100,000 and $200,000, buyers will find more condominiums and townhomes, along with a few single-family homes in the older neighborhoods near downtown, some over 100 years old. Options expand in the $200-300,000 range, and include river view condominiums in downtown Stillwater and historic and recent single-family homes. The $300-500,000 price range includes luxury condominiums, restored 19th century homes, and spacious recent homes in several developments located in the western portion of the city. A few lake-view and riverside homes also are available in this price range. Above $500,000, unique properties and homes fill out the rest of the listings.
