Mark Duffy – Mark Duffy brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the Sports & Entertainment industry, with a career focused on Food & Beverage operations at the highest levels. He began his journey at the Ottawa Senators NHL Arena and went on to hold management roles across MLB, NBA, and NFL organizations, including serving as General Manager for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes. Born in the Greater Toronto Area of Ontario, Canada, Mark moved to Minnesota in 2004 and, over the years, lived across multiple states before returning to Minnesota in 2016, where he has made his home ever since. Along the way, he personally purchased and sold five homes across two countries, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities of relocating and homeownership. Throughout his career, Mark has led teams of more than 850 employees, built lasting client relationships, and successfully negotiated major contracts. These experiences—combined with his personal journey of moving, buying, and selling homes—have prepared him to excel in his second career in real estate.
