Beautiful custom homes just off the lake can also be found in this price range, all in beautiful settings and with appointments of the quality you would expect. Above $700,000 to the low seven figures, each home is unique, with most being lake-front homes with a range of appointments and features that depends on the price of the home. You’ll even find a few listings on the three islands that are part of the city.
